OFF-AXIS/BIAS PLY ROLLEN OP INDUSTRIËLE SCHAAL
In dit proces worden conventionele moederrollen UD-tape tot 606,6 mm (24”) breedte, met vezels in de lengterichting van de rol, getransformeerd tot rollen van maximaal 1.270 mm (50”) met vezels in 90°, 45° of -45° richting. Deze off-axis/bias ply rollen kunnen vervolgens worden verwerkt in Continuous Compression Molding (CCM) of Double Belt Press (DBP) consolidatieprocessen.
